When you back a club on TopClubs, we collect only the minimal data necessary to process your transaction and display leaderboard activity:

• Optional Supporter Display Name (or Anonymous toggle)
• Optional Supporter Cheer Message
• Backing amount and currency selection
• Referral tracking attributes (source, campaign, and event identifiers)
• Technical metadata (IP address and browser user agent for rate limiting and fraud prevention)

2. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payment transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Stripe, Inc. TopClubs never collects, stores, or sees your credit card number, expiration date, or security code (CVV). All payment details are governed directly by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use lightweight cookies and local storage exclusively for essential platform functionality, including anonymous referral tracking (topfc_ref) and rate limiting. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Transaction audit records are retained for accounting and fraud compliance purposes. If you wish to have a public cheer message or supporter name removed or anonymized, you may contact our moderation desk at privacy@topclubs.lol.
